Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our UK facility. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 2nd Class or 48-Hour Tracked. Free postage is applied to all orders over £20. Orders under £20 incur a flat postage fee of £2.99. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality and compatibility of our products. If your labels are not compatible with your printer, or if there is a fault with any product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. To process a return, please email sales@dispatchsupply.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We do not require you to return faulty items in most cases — we will simply send a replacement.
