Please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the issue. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will cover the return postage cost for faulty or damaged goods.

57x40mm rolls fit handheld and countertop card machines (such as SumUp, Zettle, Ingenico and Verifone). 80x80mm rolls fit full POS and EPOS receipt printers (such as Epson and Star Micronics). Check your current roll or device manual to confirm which you need.
